Nous avons soulevé plusieurs problèmes au cours de notre séjour, auxquels notre hôte n’a jamais répondu ni donné suite :* Pommeau de douche : la base est brisée et nécessite un remplacement. Nous avons dû la maintenir en place à l’aide d’un élastique. De plus, la douche émet un bruit étrange lorsque l’eau chaude coule.* Literie : la douillette du lit est déchirée à un endroit.* Rideaux : plusieurs taches sont visibles sur les rideaux des fenêtres.* Propreté : le nettoyage des planchers de la chambre à coucher était insuffisant. Nous avons notamment trouvé de faux cils collés au sol, près du lit.Compte tenu des frais de nettoyage et des frais supplémentaires pour notre animal de compagnie, nous estimons que les montants facturés ne sont pas justifiés au regard de l’état et de la propreté des lieux. Nous sommes déçus du manque de suivi de notre hôte et considérons que la qualité de l’entretien ne correspond pas aux frais exigés.

Une escapade entre fleuve et montagnes

Très bien situé. Paysage exceptionnel ! Facile d'accès ! Commentaires constructifs: L'achat d'un nouveau balai serait un atout. Nettoyer la poubelle de cuisine et les tablettes du frigo entre chaque location serait un bonne idée. Les rideaux de la porte patio auraient besoin d'un bon nettoyage aussi. Un autre séjour dans votre chalet nous plairait malgré ces commentaires qui sont donnés dans un but d'amélioration . Merci !
