This unit offers almost 1,000 square feet of coastal living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals for family and friends. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, a flat screen television, and access to the unit's private balcony where you can dine overlooking the beach. There is also an indoor dining table that seats 4 and extra bar counter seating for 2 additional guests. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen television, and its own private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a Queen-sized bed and its own television. There is also a second full bathroom. The living room sofa does pullout into a bed, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 6. There is also a washing machine and dryer for your use.

Important Notes:
- There is an additional one-time Registration Fee of $40 (subject to change) required to be paid prior to arrival. This Registration Fee also includes 1 parking pass. This fee is in addition to the reservation fee and is paid directly to the resort. A link for registration and payment will be provided via email prior to your arrival. A second Parking Pass may be purchased for an additional $40, except from June 29-July 27. During this period, only 1 vehicle is permitted. No additional on-site parking is allowed due to HOA restrictions. Additional parking is available in a nearby public lot with a daily or weekly fee.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.
