The Space:
Welcome to the Cottage at Sunday Haus. One of three newly renovated spaces on the property, the Cottage is located just one block from Fredericksburg’s historic Main Street. Each unit has its own private courtyard with a fire pit, hot tub, and seating. With luxury linens, thoughtful design, and amenities, this romantic cottage is perfect for couples who want to reconnect, unwind, and escape.

The Cottage features a studio-style layout that combines comfort and elegance. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchenette and relax in your private outdoor space. This is the ideal retreat for those looking to explore the charm of Fredericksburg while enjoying modern comforts.

Guest Access:
Guest will access the property through the door code.

Guests will have designated parking access on the property. Level 2 EV charger are available and complimentary to guests. Each unit has its own charger for a total of 3 chargers on the property.

The neighborhood you're staying in is located on a quaint and quiet street one block off of Main St. Walk to dinner, enjoy the many fabulous coffee shops, shopping and tasting rooms just minutes away! Other Things to Note:
-Check in at 4 PM, Check out at 11 AM (early check in available for a fee on request)
-The property is kid friendly, we allow children/infants. Please know the house is not childproof, please be cautious of fireplace and hot tub areas. Never leave your child unattended.
