This beautiful 2-room apartment for 2–4 people has been recently furnished and features a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa (2 x 1.40 m), a dining table and 4 chairs, a sideboard, a display cabinet, bookshelves with interesting books, armchairs, a coffee table, a TV with a DVD player and satellite system, and a stereo system. The bedroom is furnished with a large bed (2 x 2 m) and a spacious closet. There are also nightstands, mirrors, and an antique coffee table with two chairs. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary dishes and appliances, including a washing machine, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer, oven, and microwave. The apartment has a modern bathroom with an easy-access shower, toilet, and sink. There is also a small hallway with a coat closet in the entryway. The apartment has its own entrance. Lockable storage space is available for items such as bicycles or motorcycles. The apartment has tile floors and underfloor heating. Doors lead from the bedroom and living room to the large terrace (36 m²). From here, you can see the garden (2,000 m²). The Wied River flows below the property, separated by a lawn. Across from the property is the “Herzberg.” A trail begins below the property. The village of Ingelbach is situated in a very idyllic location. The Wied hiking trail runs past the village, and the Westerwald Trail is in the immediate vicinity. Barbecue equipment is available on the terrace, or if the weather is bad, we can make our barbecue hut available. A landline phone is available free of charge (no connection to cell phone numbers).
