This unit is located on the FIRST FLOOR easy for loading and unloading. 2BR/2BTH The master bedroom suite has a king size bed and large walk-in closet, whirl-pool tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has queen bed and a full bath. Each bedroom has a TV. The living room has a 55' smart TV and sofa sleeper. Adjacent to the living room is the wet bar area with ice machine and dining area. There is a private balcony, overlooking lazy river.

Parking pass $55.00 per vehicle-purchase on site at the front desk

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Regular check-in is at 3 p.m. and regular check-out is at 10 a.m.

Actually, this was the 2nd time I have stayed in this unit. Both times it was clean when we got there. The amenities are great. First floor unit avoids the use of stairs or elevator, and loading and unloading the car was a breeze. Fishing off the pier proved successful. My granddaughter caught her first fish and loved the pool and Lazy River. Getting in and out of the property was always easy due to lower traffic in this Area of Orange Beach. There are probably close to a dozen good restaurants within a mile or so. Great place. Hope to stay here again next year for my Conference!

The host was so easy to work with and answered questions quickly. Our family rented two units at the same time. One was through a realtor. The other unit was not ready for 4pm checkin and no one seemed concerned about. We will definitely use this host again for this unit. Clean unit. Easy access being on first floor. We loved it.

Bayside Stay

The facility appeared to be going through some maintenance, mostly landscaping. It was generally very nice and accessible. The condominium was clean, neat and in good condition. Parking was generally convenient and readily available. The balcony view was the marina and Wolf Bay, and very impressive.

We always like staying on the Bay

We always go through VRBO it’s safe and easy to book, always get exactly what you see. We don’t spend a lot of time in the condo as we have family that we visit while here. But, the couches really need to go . Other than that the place is very clean and has most everything you need.

We had a great time at this condo. It rained the whole time so we had plenty of time to spend there :). It was clean and our family of five fit fine with an inflatable mattress. My only suggestion is to bring your own coat hangers- there weren’t any. Everything else was provided that we needed to make it a “home away from home”.

Great stay

The owner was kind enough to ship some items we left behind, all the way to Michigan at no extra charge! Great customer service, very quick to respond when we couldn't get into the condo, which after a 18 hour drive we couldn't wait to get in. Very easy access to our car. Our 3 kids had so much fun in the indoor and outdoor pools. Kitchen was well stocked even with a crockpot and griddle which made it really easy to make pancakes for the whole family. Would highly recommend.

False advertisement said and showed they had a slide and a splash pad for the kids and there wasn’t any. Grandkids were disappointed. Also the ways to get to the pool was horrible you have to figure out what gate to go through to get to all pool areas. Got two different confirmations about parking pass one from the owner saying $21 then $55 ended up paying $55. The tv in the living room was messed up when you turned it on the volume was on 75 woke up everyone in the condo especially the ones sleeping on the sofa bed! Couldn’t use all the TVs at once wifi knocked you out so you could only watch two at once. Facet in kitchen sink the facet connection sprayed everywhere’s. Other than that we had a great time.

We loved our condo, owners were excellent!

We loved our condo, well stocked kitchen, loved the Jacuzzi tub and the single shower. Our owner was quick to reply to our concerns, so she was awesome! Large balcony, but being on the bottom floor, there was no view. Loved the lazy river and the water slide! Our owner did tell us about a small beach on the bay once we texted her the second day about the rain policy. We tried to catch the sunrise from this small beach area the next morning, but the weather was cloudy. We would've surely went to this small beach for sunrises and lock-downs, if we had known about it sooner. Complex is close driving distance to shopping and attractions. Phoenix on the Bay is a nice complex with great amenities, but the rain policy is that all those amenities that make the complex inviting, with not being on the beach, are locked down. The first day we were there, rain was detected within a seven mile radius, so the pool, lazy river, and the water-slide were locked up. What we didn't realize is that they also lock up the indoor pool and hot tubs, so leaves renters with no amenities. This day, no amenities were available for hours in the afternoon even though it never did rain at this complex. All of the renters near our condo were also upset about this weather policy. The next day, all the amenities were locked for over an hour and we had light rain with no lightning. Due to the time of year, there are scattered showers most days, so every day, the great amenities were locked down. We frequent the area, but were disappointed not being able to get use of the great amenities that attracted us to this complex.

Great rental

We enjoyed our stay. The rental was clean and had everything I needed. The lazy river and pool were excellent. The indoor pool and hot tubs could use some cleaning but it was a holiday weekend so probably busy. The view of the pass was beautiful. I would definitely rent again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great other than a few minor things. The parking was not convenient. If you have trouble walking a far distance this is not great. The place came with no complimentary dish soap,dishwasher pod, or one trash bag and more than 2 big towels in each restroom. This property was clean and comfortable.

Lazy River

Little disappointed in the managing of the lazy river. We had bad weather most of the time while we were there and when the weather was nice, the lazy river was closed. It was closed on Thursday because they put chemicals in it so when the folks came on Friday, it was opened for them. Also, the pool opens way too late in the morning. Should open around 9:00 am instead of 11:00 am.

I was outraged at cost of parking pass and available parking. I had to pay $45 for parking pass because of the hangout fest...that is ridiculous...I wasn't there for hangout fest...also not enough parking spaces for guests...if you left and came back our parking spot was filled...definitely need to work on parking situation if I decide to come back...need larger pool for adults...everyone don't have children
