We do have 2 active exterior cameras - one pointed at the road and one at the back door.
We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.

Home was clean and close to restaurants and freeway.TV did not work after the first day , beds were comfortable , living room seating was not very comfortable , outdoor patio was very nice. Had to park rental vehicle partially in the road as the approach must have been sized for a compact vehicle, pool and pool area is not accessible in the winter months. Neighborhood was very quiet

Comfortable space and easy access to most of Phoenix

This is a comfortable place to stay, with great access to the interstate and most of Phoenix. We only had one washcloth in the house when we arrived, but the owner quickly had more delivered. The patio is nice and the backyard is great for yoga. Close to several nice places to eat.

Clean and comfortable

Mandi’s communication with us was very good from start to finish. Even when we locked ourselves out, she helped us get back in quickly. Everything we needed was there. The beds were nice and comfortable. We loved that it was so close to good restaurants and AJ’s grocery store was amazing!

Best stay in Mesa!

This place is the best! I was looking for a place to stay/house family for a stay, this is your place! We stayed because it was close to family and had a wedding to attend, it worked out perfectly, to say the least. We had a mishap with the sheets, and if you’re from the Midwest changing climates can be tough on the body. Mandi allowed us to fix our mistake, without charging us. The location of the house was great and was in a quiet neighborhood.
