Guests are required to report any cleanliness concerns within one (1) hour of arrival. Reports made after this window has passed will not be eligible for refunds or remediation related to the initial condition of the unit.

At checkout, please remove all trash and deposit in the parking lot dumpster

Load and run the dishwasher if dishes were used

Do not discard linens or towels — replacement fees apply for missing items

When checking out, please be sure to check all drawers/closets for any personal items. Shipping items back to you will incur a minimum $35 fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Full refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking and 14+ days before check-in

50% refund: Cancel 14+ days before check-in (outside 48-hour window)

50% refund: Cancel 7–14 days before check-in

Cleaning fee only refunded for cancellations less than 7 days before check-in
