This is a brand new listing for us!! We have been Property Managers for 9 years and have 1000 awesome reviews! This is a wonderfully located 1 bedroom condo that is in a complex that is beach front! Only takes 2 minutes to walk to the beach. Close to Coligny and offers 2 free bikes and beach chairs! The condo offers a private bedroom with a Queen bed, 2 bunk beds for the kids and a pull out sofa in the living room. There is also a full size bathroom, full size kitchen with dishwasher, refridgerator, oven and stove and everything you need to cook! There is a table that seats 4-6, bar stools and a wonderfully open balcony with table a chairs. This balcony offers great views of the ocean! There is a full size pool with lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas. The complex has an elevator, 20 minute load/unload parking, luggage carts, a coin operated laundry room on each floor and money changer. There is a sundeck, a outdoor shower area and private gated parking lot and access to the beach. The complex also offers a BBQ area with picnic tables! You can't go wrong with this condo and it's perfect location! You can walk to Celebration Park, the new "The Bank", the newly remodeled "Tiki Hut", many shops with custom items, lots of restaurants and coffee shops, bars with live music. You name it, you will find it! South Forest Beach Drive is the best place on the Island!
