Ocean Dunes is only .5 miles from Coligny and one of three condo buildings located directly on the oceanfront this close to Coligny. You can bike to Coligny or walk the beach and enjoy the scenery.

Ocean Dunes is nestled between two high end resorts offering an outside cabana, grills, and games for our use as well! Beautiful first floor unit with a great ocean, pool and garden view makes getting to the beach with little ones a breeze! No need to wait for the elevator, just come on in and make yourself at home. Conveniently located a couple blocks from Coligny Plaza, shopping and entertainment. Only steps to the beach and one of the closest properties to the beach! Hang out on the balcony and enjoy the view or head down the path and find yourself on one of the best beaches in the US!
Closest 1 bedroom to the beach and a PTAC in the bedroom which Seaside Villas does not have.
The master bedroom has a brand new queen Memory Foam Mattress. We have 2 bunk beds for smaller children in the hallway.

The pool to the right of our balcony is for our use and enjoyment.

What is provided:

We provide 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth per guest listed in the reservation; if this is not enough please bring your own.

We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels per reservation. Please bring extra if this is not enough.

Daily maid service is not provided.

Good location. Good parking. Little trouble watching TV, please leave directions how to operate would be helpful! Everywhere you go, each TV is different ie: Rocu, YouTubeTv......need directions which remote to use, etc. Would use this VRBO again!

Just What We Wanted

This unit had everything we wanted. We could not be closer to the beach and pool. The balcony had a good view. The kitchen was just big enough, with a full sized refrigerator and plenty of plates and equipment. The beds were comfortable and the walk in shower was convenient.

Great Vacation Spot

Great location on the island and short walk to the beach. Space was a little tight for family of 4 with 2 high energy kids, but luckily we weren’t in the condo for too long.

Perfect for 2. Maybe 2 small children too. Location is beautiful. Quick walk to the beach. Not the fanciest place with all the upgrades, but had everything we needed.

Labor Day Getaway

We had a great stay! Very peaceful, easy to access property. Only one small complaint, the property pool was not cleaned our entire stay and they need to light the path to the beach. I do realize this is not the owner fault, but during Co-vid this is concerning. We would love to stay here again in the future. Thanks

The location is wonderful- close to many restaurants, shops, and just a 3 minute walk to the beach. We loved starting our day on the porch with some coffee (although there were no correct coffee filters provided.) Make sure to bring bug spray though because the mosquitos were really bad (I left with over 30 bites!) The kitchen is small but usable, but we didn’t cook. There was only one extra blanket that we could find, but plenty of towels. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper, so if you’re staying for longer you may want to bring some. You do have neighbors, and we were awoken two mornings before 8am to a tile cutter outside the door who was replacing tile in the next unit. If you’re sensitive to sound or light when you sleep, you may want to bring an eye mask and earplugs because the AC in the bedroom is loud and has lights that don’t go off. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The listing is very accurate, and you can’t beat the proximity to the beach. You can also rent two chairs and an umbrella right on the beach. You are on the bottom floor, and there is the condo pool and the Hilton pool both right in front of the balcony, so kids can be loud at all hours. I’d recommend this listing though just because of the proximity to the beach.

Much smaller than it appears in the photos. Better options in the bedroom for unpacking would be nice. Beach chairs provided by the owner were rusty and broken. Woodwork and doors could use a coat of paint

Amazing location

The condo itself is older but the location is so fantastic. Definitely could use some updating but again, perfect location. Steps from the beach and the heated pool! Nice large patio. The check in process with the extra contract was somewhat frustrating as it involved some extra work and as a busy start up business owner, I don’t really have time to do extra beyond making the reservation, so that was slightly frustrating. But overalll it was a fine place that was in the perfect location

This could have been an amazing vacation. However, when we arrived the unit had not been cleaned . The trash was full in the bath and kitchen, Beds unmade. Used towels everywhere. Hair in the sink and table and crumbs on kitchen table. I spoke with the host and she did agree to a full refund and we left. BUT I had to argue with VRBO to get the full refund as she tried to only refund the nightly rate AFTER she had agreed on a full refund.

Great location

You can’t beat the location of this property but the condo itself was just about average. It’s in need of some updating, the faucets are rusted, the shower barely works and the patio door does not lock. Very basic cookware and no beach supplies. Also the photos were a bit misleading. The bar stools are gone, no rug in living room and 3 out of the four palm trees by the pool have been removed (not a lot of shade). The property owner was easy to contact and even accommodated an early check in. Also to note there is no central a/c, only one unit in living room and one unit in bedroom that you can’t put over the 74 degrees at the request of owner. I would say this place is OK for a quick trip but not for longer stays for families.

Pool not heated

We stayed in April and chose this place for the location and heated pool. As far as location it’s great and close to everything. Great view from the balcony. Unfortunately, pool was freezing, even for my child it was too cold so that was a bummer. Kids beds were covered in sand when we checked in. I contacted the owner and it got resolved quickly. No beach chairs provided. So you have to bring your own or rent.

Very nice with excellent location

We especially loved the excellent location. It was a short walk to the beach and a moderate walk to Coligny -- either by sidewalk or by beach. It was so convenient that we didn't even bother renting bikes. The condo was a perfect size for a couple. It was very clean, and the furniture and bed were comfortable. There were two minor flaws, but they were not significant enough for me to downgrade the rating. First, one washrag per person seemed unnecessarily stingy. I realize some don't use them, but I've never heard of anyone re-using a washrag. Towels yes, washrags no. Second, the kitchen was very sparse in terms of basic condiments. We had to go to Target to buy additional washrags, salt, and pepper. However, I highly recommend this place as long as you're willing to pack a few extra items with you.

Great location!!

We enjoyed our time at Ocean Dunes. The condo was clean and newly updated. The ease of access to the beach and pool was perfect for traveling with 2 kids. The condo is in close proximity (driving distance) to great restaurants, activities for the kids, and shopping. We will be back!
