Newly built in 2023, this 2 suite property is conveniently located off of Highway 2, in Ackerman Valley, Devils Lake. Directly across from JD's Bar and Grill.
This property has a 20’ by 30’ heated garage, two bedrooms, full kitchen, living room and 2 bathrooms. Sleeping capacity is seven (7) persons, exceptions could be accepted with owners permission.
Suite 1 and Suite 2 can be joined together by opening a 12’ by 10’ overhead door so a larger group can all be together. Check out the Suite 2 listing also.
The space
Garage area includes a refrigerator, stainless steel sink, cleaning boards, air fryer, coffee maker, pizza oven, deep fryer, gas grill, 5’ round table with chairs, and a tv.
Main living area includes a full kitchen, island, sitting room with two reclining love seats, one reclining chair, and tv. There are two (2) bedrooms with both a single bed and queen beds in each room. There is another single bed at the end of the hallway. Also includes a 3/4 bathroom with a 4’ shower and a half bathroom.
Enhance your stay with optional winter add-ons (based on availability):
• Snow Bear rentals, delivered right to your suite and picked up when you’re done
• Professional guided fishing trips (via Snow Bears)
