As part of our 2014 extension / renovation, an approx. 75sqm apartment was created on the top floor. This is spacious, very bright and modern and of high quality. All floors are tiled or Laminate. The apartment consists of a large kitchen with dining area, a living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. Technically it is equipped with WLAN, a 40 "LCD TV, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.

Wonderful apartment

We are very grateful for our staying in this apartment. Due to unforseen reason, we had to shorten our holidays, but the landlord handled everything in a very correct way. He is kind and correct. We appreciated our staying a lot.

Kolbermoor

Die FeWo liegt im Dachgeschoss. Zugang über eine Wendeltreppe. Ist aber nicht zu steil. Schuhe können bequem vor der Tür angestellt werden. Dort stehen auch Boxen zur Mülltrennung... Sehr geräumiger Flur mit Garderoben. Viel Platz, fand ich super. Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und sehr großen Kleiderschrank. Das Dachfenster ist über dem Bett. Super zum Sterne gucken u frische Luft zum schlafen. Fliegengitter und Abdunklung sind magnetisch. Kinderzimmer mit Doppelstockbett und Schlafcouch. Das Bad ist sehr schön eingeräumt mit Wanne und Dusche. Im Wohnzimmer ist ganz viel Platz zum TV gucken oder auf dem großen Balkon zum sitzen. Die Küche ist auch riesig. Alles da was man braucht. Hier haben wir öfter auf dem kleinen Balkon gesessen. Es gibt eine kleine Abstellkammer wo Wäschekorb, Klammern und Wäscheständer stehen. Auch Staubsauger und Besen und Kehrblech sind da. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler waren mein absolutes Highlight Ich kann die Fee wirklich sehr empfehlen. Im Wohnzimmer gibt's mehrere Schränke mit Garantie vielen Spielen und Büchern, auch für jüngere Kinder. Parkmöglichkeit vorbei dem Haus findet sich auch immer. Wir waren seit zufrieden und mega begeistert .

Der Kontakt und die Begrüßung waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Wohnung war ausreichend Platz, alles vorhanden was benötigt wird, auch Spiele. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Genug Parkmöglichkeiten auf der Straße vorhanden. Autobahn und zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Von Kolbermoor kann man bequem in die Berge oder zum Chiemsee. Familie Flammer ist sehr herzlich. Jederzeit kann man sich bei Fragen an sie wenden. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und empfehlen die FeWo gerne weiter. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Ansonsten

Super Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und super ausgestattet. Die Lage nahe Rosenheim ist auch gut, da man mit dem Auto innerhalb von 1 Std. sowohl München, den Chiemsee, Tegernsee oder andere Ausflugsziele erreichen kann. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderschöner erholsamer Urlaub in einer tollen Ferienwohnung

Es gibt Urlaube, die bleiben einem noch lange im Gedächtnis. Dieser gehörte auf jeden Fall dazu. Wenn neben dem tollen Wetter und der wunderbaren Umgebung die Ferienwohnung einfach gepasst hat, möchte man am liebsten gleich nach der Heimkehr sofort wieder buchen. Wir (Paar/40-60) waren im September für zwei Wochen in Kolbermoor. Kennengelernt haben wir die Vermieter, das Ehepaar Flammer, als rundum sympathische und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Die Wohnung selbst befindet sich im neu ausgebauten Dachgeschoss des großen Einfamilienhauses der Vermieter. Sie ist schön geräumig, alles macht einen sehr gepflegten und durchdachten Eindruck. Die Angaben im Internet entsprechen dem tatsächlichen Zustand. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Vom Balkon kann man sogar einen wenn auch kleinen Ausschnitt der Alpen sehen, so dass wir als Nordlichter uns gleich in der richtigen Urlaubsstimmung befanden. Ausgestattet ist die Ferienwohnung mit allen notwendigen Dingen. Tagesausflüge zum Tegernsee, Chiemsee, ins Berchtesgadener Land oder nach München sind von dort super zu bewerkstelligen. Ein Auto ist erforderlich, da sich die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe befindet. Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Een prima, gloednieuw appartement, modern ingericht, comfortabel en een zeer goed uitgeruste keuken.We boeken altijd een huisje als we op vakantie gaan, maar nog nooit zijn we zo hartelijk en gastvrij ontvangen als door Christine en Uwe. Een aanrader!
