The Maui Vista complex is located just across from some of Maui's top 10 beaches"Charlie Young & Kamaole Beach Park I. The view from the 2nd floor lanai is where you will want to start your morning with a cup of coffee or end your day with the great views of the gardens and the wonderful sounds of Maui. This condo will have shade during the day, so will stay comfortable. You can enjoy a tropical breeze and a book at anytime on the lanai, at the pool, or chilling at the beach. This Garden View condo has been nicely remodeled in the fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, and has tile flooring through out the unit. Washer and dryer are in unit, and a start up of soap is provided. The living room offers queen sofa sleeper "for additional guests," and dining area will seat 4. For in condo entertainment there is a TV, Free internet and all the comforts of home. The terrific bathroom has a shower stall and spacious lavatory area which have been recently updated. Steps from your condo, in the Heart of Kihei you are within minutes to groceries, restaurants, shopping, and the Best South Maui Beaches. This condo provides many wonderful amenities include, flat screen TV, Free Internet with Wi-Fi access. Plan to BBQ while on Island, the complex has wonderful areas to enjoy that Ono "delicious" meal. Nice condo!

Was clean and comfortable but had stayed here before and the bed was too uncomfortable as I recall. I know everyone has different ideas of what comfortable is so in all fairness I made the best of it. Thanks!😊

Perfect location, cost, and condo

This condo couldn’t have been in a better location for us. It’s right across the street from the beach and within easy walking distance from shops, restaurants, and a larger grocery store. The condo community grounds were well maintained and the complex was clean, quiet, and felt safe. The condo itself was clean and well equipped with everything we needed (including Tupperware, large serving/mixing bowls, cooking utensils, etc.). The cool silverware added a little fun into our day! Everything was in good working order. It felt just like we were visiting a good friend who welcomed us into their home for a week. This is a rental I would recommend to a friend or would return to.

A perfect home to stay :-)

We are a family of 4 and we enjoyed our stay here. It was a very convenient place to visit all the tourist attractions. All the amenities provided ( laundry machine, stove top, fridge , dishwasher ) were clean and functional. Mahalo for hosting us on our perfect vacation. "Aloha"

This condo is in a great location: 5 minutes walk from a nice beach and near bunch of shops and restaurants. It also has a view on the sunset from its balcony. Inside, it has beach chairs, towels, and a cooler, so you don’t have to bring your own.

Upon renting the condo communication with the property managers was excellent. The property was very clean, great location as advertised. Great place to relax. The on site managers were very accommodating.

16 days at the Maui Vista Resort

We enjoyed our stay at Condo 2217 at the Maui Vista Resort. This is a convenient site close to various locations such as grocery stores, restaurants and activities. It is located across the road from Charlie Young Beach and Kamaole Beach 1 which are great beaches. There are three pools and tennis courts which were being used regularly. We didn't use the tennis courts but only because we aren't tennis players. I would suggest bring your rackets & balls along if you like to play. Each of the three buildings have two barbecues. We used these a few times during our visit at Building 2. The grounds are attractive plus very well looked after. The condo was well situated, clean and bright. It had most items which you would need to be self sufficient. The one thing which we were surprised about was the lack of plastic glasses / cups to take to the pool. There are items: chairs, towels & umbrella to take down to the ocean but no children's toys. We found that the cable package was limited but certainly usable. We watched various movies at night plus some sports. The manager was helpful if we had any concern plus the management company. It was a great holiday and a fun place to be!

Nice property, good location

Good location, easy access to the beach (Kam I) just across the street. The condo was clean and quiet. Only wish there was more than just salt (no pepper). Other places I’ve stayed at had a variety of seasonings so I didn't have to buy some. But this is a minor inconvenience. I would stay here again.

Perfect Location

Kihei is the perfect location to stay while visiting Maui. The Maui Vista condo's are great! The unit was clean and had everything we needed to stay 10 days. The grounds were beautiful and clean. The property manager was fabulous and always answered our calls. The concierge (RW) directed us in all the right places for fun and food. We will be coming back annually.

Spacious and close to beach

Place is easy get to and there is a nearby beach you can walk to. There is a some nice restaurants nearby 10 min walk, I would definitely recommend going to Koiso (reservations only) which had the best and freshest sushi I ever had. There is a bakery next door that makes fresh breads and pastries everyday that tastes amazing. The condo can use some updates and definitely needs to be deep cleaned, Some towels were a bit dirty with stains and there was a lot of dust on the floors and other peoples hair on the floors. Some of the lights didn't work in the living room and the bedroom. All the furniture could use an update, they looked and felt to be at least 10 years old. On the plus side, we could do laundry and cook for ourselves during the long stay instead of going out everynight. There is a fan in every room and there is working AC (very loud and noisy) however the walls are thin because we could hear our neighbors. Would I go back again? Yes.

Great location. Amazing view. Clean and comfy. Well supplied

We spent 17 nights in 3403 with 5 adults and one toddler. The amenities suited our family though sleeping arrangements were a little tight. Our choice . The location and view are amazing as you can walk to the beach or any number of restaurants. The pool is great for relaxing and socializing as are the community bbq's. A mix of residents and tourists seems to mesh well. We look forward to booking and staying again

Our over all experience at the Maui vista complex was great.. but our condo itself was hot!

The over all experience at the Maui Vista was great!! We loved the location. Such a quick walk to the ocean , stores and restaurants. Our only complaint was that our actual condo unit itself was extremely hot!! The back bedroom had only a ceiling fan and a free standing fan. It felt like we were sleeping in a sauna. Also the AC unit in the living room was an older model and didn't work very well. One more thing that we found a bit annoying was how we were treated by some of the locals that were full time residents. At pool 3 on two separate occasions we were questioned and treated rude by one white haired man. He acted like he was the mayor of the joint.... ;-)

Clean and comfortable with a spectacular view.

Maui Vista is a great property in a very good location. The weather in Jan is fabulous. The unit was well set up and clean. We loved watching the sunset from our lanai and the tropical birds. Everything we needed.

Wonderful Time!

I just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time in Maui. We wished we could've stayed longer. The condo was great! We had everything we needed for the beach & it was so nice to come to the condo & feel at home. We loved the lanai with the ocean view! Every morning, we would sit outside & eat our breakfast & take in the beautiful view. I am so glad that we chose to go with Paradise Vacations & we would do it again. Hopefully, that will be sooner than later! Thank you for all your help, too, in making this vacation happen.

Awesome location!

Maui Vista is located very close to KAM 1,2,3 and Charley Young beach. It's an excellent location in Kihei. We had great snorkeling off KAM 2 and 3 including swimming with turtles and beautiful reef and a good variety of colorful fish with easy access to reefs. Charley Young beach, right across from the resort, is a nice beach for swimming. Crosswalks make the across the street location work fine. We loved Kihei and would return to that area of Maui. There are cute open markets with good parking access, inexpensive restaurants, and a food truck with $4 fish tacos that were excellent! The pools are small but very nice after a swim in the ocean and were never busy. The unit was comfortable for our family of 5. I loved the tile floors as they were so much easier to keep clean and so much better when you come in wet from the beach or pool. The view from the lanai is better than the picture shows, and you can see it from the kitchen. Kids loved the loft area. Older carpet on stairs and loft was only real drawback. With only one air conditioner, and 90 degrees every day we were there, it had a hard time keeping up. Maybe taking it off the timer would help when it's really hot. Kitchen is well stocked. We thought the value of the unit was excellent, especially given the outstanding view and the location which we loved. Also, Paradise Vacations was an excellent rental company to work with. Overall, we would recommend this unit if you are looking for a reasonably priced condo for a family vacation in Maui!
