This is my go-to property when visiting family in the Quincy area. Great location. Beautiful, clean and spacious apartment with wonderful natural light. Host is very responsive.

Clean and convenient

The apartment was very clean and is located in a prime spot in quincy center. Only a couple minutes off the highway if you want to head north into boston or south down to cape cod. We were also only a few minutes from the famous and beautiful granite links golf course. Check in was straight forward and easy. Would recommend snd would book again in the future

Simple and Perfect

Everything was as described. Loved that we had assigned garage parking and the convenience to Quincy Center was perfect. The apartment complex is very well maintained and we had zero issues our entire stay. I will book again the next time I go visit family in Quincy!!

Boston Trip

The property was as described. The location was private and safe. The garage was an added bonus. The property is relatively new so that was nice. The only negatives I have was I woke up with what looked like dog hair on my pajamas. I am not sure if the sheets were not switched/cleaned? Other than that, the property was close to everything, including downtown Boston, and as defined. Thanks

The sheets were dirty and we found a pair of underwear in one of the beds. We were told the cleaners would not have left us with dirty sheets. Contact person told us to buy new sheets and they would reimburse us...on a Sunday night at 8:30.

The property was fine. Clean and good location with easy access to Quincy Center......walking....for restaurants, etc. That said when we arrived we found the blinds in the bedrooms were not functional...could not be opened so we had to use paperclips to roll up the shades. Furthermore the towel rack in the hall bathroom was torn off the wall. And parking was an issue. The parking slot designated was also assigned to someone in the building (my husband went down to the car to discover two people standing there who informed my husband that slot No. 19 was theirs). We had to resort to outdoor parking.

I stayed 5 days and the photo looks exactly like the real room. There was no artwork, nothing warm or friendly about the space. It was sparse, sterile and white. There were several potted plastic plants with the sale tags still attached but at least it was a green spot. However, the bedding looked like it had been used in a VRBO for the last 5 years. There were 4 adults and exactly 5 bath towels. We had to buy TP because we each had about a half roll at the beginning of our stay. There is wonderful underground parking but no guarantee someone else will not be in your space when you return. The location is great if you're doing things in the area and convenient to many attractions. The host was virtually nonresponsive until the day we were leaving. I had sent a message successively for two days to inquire about the ice maker and how to make it work. The day we were packing up to leave the host contacted us to let us know it is not hooked up.

Overall positive

This is a brand new property as presented, and it looks exactly like the photos. I will say that the building and all of its contents are built incredibly cheaply. The floor creeks and gives as he walked down it. All of the furnishings look really nice, but are, poor quality, likely off Amazon. That said, it was very comfortable and clean. My biggest complaint is that the kitchen was not furnished for cooking anything other than something out of a package. There was no measuring cups of any kind, very limited cooking utensils, pots and pans. The linens were all gray or tan, which always makes me wonder how clean they are. It is best practice in short term rentals to use white linens for that reason.

Perfekt ausgestattetes, modernes Apartment nahe Boston

Apartment war exakt wie beschrieben. Top-Einrichtung von Küche und Bad. Inklusive Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sehr geeignet für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Ansonsten vielleicht etwas sparsam eingerichtet, aber alles funktionell und in Ordnung. Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage ist top und auch weitere Besucherparkplätze außerhalb nutzbar. Schlüsselübernahme und -abgabe unkompliziert. Kühlschrank lief zunächst nicht, konnte aber über den Sicherungskasten aktiviert werden. Infrarotschlüssel für Garage funktionierte nicht, konnten uns aber behelfen über Öffnung von innen. Insgesamt für uns mit vier Personen perfekt. Auch kein Problem, nach Boston zu kommen. Mit U-Bahn in 30 Minuten im Zentrum. Wir können das Apartment nur weiter empfehlen.
