Sand Luxury Villa in Santorini was constructed in 2018 with the principal objective to offer visitors the quality time they deserve for perfect holidays. It is located in the quiet area of Exo Gialos, Karterados, near the organized beach of Monolithos, on the eastern side of the island with panoramic sea view and a large outdoor space. It mixes modern and traditional elements, respecting at the same time local architecture.
The newly built villa is beautifully and fully furnished interior and exterior, exceptionally decorated, with particular style, featuring vaulted ceilings, large verandas, unlimited sea view and many amenities. The large private pool located in the exterior area freely offers guests absolute relaxation under the sun, while it is surrounded by a veranda for sunbathing with modern deck chairs, tables and outdoor shower.
Free WiFi is offered in all areas.
The crowded town of Fira is 4 Km away, while the romantic Oia is 15 km away. Sand Luxury Villas is 9,5 Km from the port of Athinio and 4 Km from the airport of Santorini. This lovely modern villa is perfectly located just a few miles from the island’s capital Fira and within a few miles of the airport, yet it is within easy reach of one of the island’s best beaches at Exo Gialos. It was built in 2016, but still retains much of the local character. We love its understated nautical theme.
DESCRIPTION
This villa is located in the quiet neighborhood of Exo Gialos, Karterados, near Monolithos beach, on the eastern side of Santorini. It mixes modern and traditional design features, with a respectful nod to local architecture.

Built in 2016, it has a mix of traditional and contemporary – with a subtle nautical feel. The colors are soft whites and teals, with splashes of color. The blue shuttered windows and floaty curtains, the little lighthouses, boats and shells, the solid pine tables, and color-washed kitchen units remind guests that they are right beside the seaside.

There’s also a great sense of space, with vaulted ceilings, generously-sized verandas, and an expansive view of the sea. The large shared pool with its many sun loungers offers guests a great space to relax in.

There is air conditioning as well as a solar water heater with 24-hour hot water. There is a washing machine/dryer, and linens and slippers are provided. Other amenities provided include: iron/ironing board, first aid kit, sewing kit, hair dryer, mosquito machine, safety box. A complementary fruit and wine basket is presented on arrival, and there is a farewell gift on departure.
