Spectacular is the only way to describe this completely renovated and newly furnished 3 bedroom ,2 full bath townhouse directly across from the beach and sleeps 6.
Enjoy stunning views from every window of the large master bedroom that features a King Bed ,walk in closet closet ,sitting area , 48 inch flat panel TV ,in-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 is a bright and airy room that features a queen bed and flat panel TV.
Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and it's own flat panel TV.
Our first floor has a full size kitchen with brand new stainless appliances including microwave,dishwasher,.cottage door refrigerator/freezer with ice maker.
Includes coffee maker ,blender,toaster,pots and pans,dishes,glasses and all utensils.The dining area accommodates .
The living room has a 55 inch television ,blue ray DVD player and two comfortable couches .
Our townhouse has central air conditioning and heat ,in unit washer and dryer , iron and ironing board all bedding ,towels,hair dryers in each bathroom .Enjoy our ocean front swimming pool and sundeck. Two parking spaces included and free Wi-Fi .

Location location location! Great location walking distance to everything and steps away from the beach. For the price I think some updates could be done minor cosmetic upgrades along with a deep clean. Paint is peeling off the wall, cobwebs everywhere, curtains full of dust. There was also a slight smell when entering. Overall good rental would maybe consider going back in the future. Tony the onsite manager was amazing and really accommodating!

Great location

It was great to have three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There was also a large living area and washer and dryer! The beach is right across the street. The condo has everything you would need. A little outdated, but I would totally stay here again.

Great location

The property was very serviceable for 3 couples and 2 children. It was very nice.The pool was an added bonus and access to the beach was very close. If I had a complaint it would be the absence of an outdoor shower. It was difficult to get all the sand off with the hose near the pool. As a consequence since 6 people were using the same bathroom it was difficult to prevent sand from getting in the tub. We weren't provided cleaning products so we couldn't keep the tub very clean. We were very happy with the townhouse all in all and Tony was very helpful. He gave us use of the vacuum. We would definitely recommend this place for small groups. Thank You.

Hidden Gem

We’ve been down this part of Cape May many times before and never knew this place existed. It was spacious for our family of 5 and the location is perfect. We walked everywhere.

Nice getaway with friends. Location was great-across the street from the beach. But the rooms were a little dark and crowded. It didn’t have a beachy vibe.

Great location, clean and newly renovated townhouse. Easy check in with quick responses when messages were sent. Only issue was draft blowing in from back bedroom window as it was an extremely windy night and bed was directly under window.

Nice place

Very nice place! Close to restaurants & beach is across the street. The only draw back for us was it would have been more convenient to have the second bathroom upstairs, but it was downstairs. Also, no leather couch as shown in photo it was material, but that was no big deal & kitchen table was extremely wobbly & needs to be fixed.

The listing was not clear that the unit was part of a 1950s style motel so appeared a little tacky initially. The unit was fine and the location with wide view of the beach and ocean was great.

Great location and lots of room

The bedrooms were spacious and well appointed. The first floor living area is a little dark, with lots of browns and tans. The decorating does not reflect a beach feel. The unit was clean and well stocked and the privacy of the bedrooms upstairs afforded lots of privacy. There is no view from the first floor as it is behind the check-in office. The king bedroom offers the best view in the house. All in all, a great stay for us!

Everything was fine. The Motor Inn is a bit dated. The renovations are more like 15 years old. Nothing is stocked. We had 2 paper towels on the role and no detergent or dishwasher pods. There were no tissues either which is a bit annoying for me. It feels like a hotel efficiency unit that is 2 floors. It served it's purpose and we had a nice time.

The best time!

We had such a wonderful time staying at the townhouse located at 105 Beech Ave! Edie definitely made the trip more memorable. She was so helpful and friendly from the moment we met, and my two little girls grew attached to her right away. They looked forward to seeing her in the office and on premise. Edie even got my girls a gift which was so incredibly thoughtful! The house itself was perfect for our family of 4. The bedrooms were very large and had a ton of space for our clothes and belongings. The downstairs was a little tight, but worked out fine for us. I cooked almost every day in the kitchen and enjoyed all the full size appliances. The bathrooms were all very nice as well and we liked that there were 2 showers to use. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet at night and accommodated us perfectly. Being walking distance to the beach and the town was also a huge plus! Thanks again Edie!!

The listing states newly renovated. The unit may have been renovated 10 years ago. Overall unit was clean. The onsite property manager Tony was excellent and friendly. Location is excellent, close to the beach, close to the main street shops and the in town shopping and dinning. We would stay there again.

May Vacation

There are three adults, so this property is perfect with 3 bedrooms. Its location is also perfect for us. We park the car when we get there and are able to walk to everything.

Not newly renovated

Mostly clean and great location but in need of attention. This listing title needs to be updated as it was probably renovated in the 2000’s and has been the same since. It is in an outdated motel that also needs attention. The grounds look like Sanford and son! Sorry but the photos and title are misleading.

Great location, mediocre accommodations

Overall, we had a good stay. Things we enjoyed: location, spacious , hot water was plentiful, TV and cable and Wi-Fi excellent , TV in every room , pool access good, proximity to the beach. Two parking spots were convenient . Tony was friendly and helpful. Needs improvement: groundskeeping - lawnmower was sitting out, we would have mowed it , would have taken 15 minutes, weeds growing out of sidewalk areas, pool could have been skimmed to get bugs out, only ocean view was from the upstairs bedroom windows, other than common walkway on 2nd floor , trash service was non existent, dishwasher detergent was not available, hand soap was practically empty, paint peeling off bathroom walls, instructions on stove top were worn off, water filter needed replaced, In general , facility was dated , and could have better better maintained. I would not recommend for seniors because the bedrooms were all on the second floor. With some attention to details , this could be a charming place to stay.

Friends vacation

The condo was just what we needed. 3 lady friends getting together at the beach. 3 nice, comfortable bedrooms with TVs on the second floor. Sofas, dining room table, full kitchen with new appliances, TV. Full bathroom on the second floor, bathroom with a shower on the first floor. The beach is right across the street. We were able to walk to most restaurants and shopping. We will return next year.

Lovely hosts and beautiful property with oceanfront master bedroom

I was not expecting to have ocean views from the master bedroom through beautiful windows! We felt very safe at this location and had plenty of space. The rooms are more spacious than it seems from the listing photos. We were very happy with our stay and everything was a short walk or drive away. We will definitely be returning again :)

Good location but old place

Great location in Cape May, just across the beach and not far from shops and restaurants. The property is large and has lots of space and amenities. But it's a bit outdated. Ad says "needle renovated" but I think they wrote that in 2004.

Solid stay in Cape May

First time at this property, overall it met expectations for the price. Positives: Location across from the beach and not too far from town was convenient. The pool access was super nice when the beach is too much work. The bedrooms are well sized, especially the primary bedroom with a loveseat, and the layout worked well for us. Negatives: The living area is cramped for 4 adults and 2 children. There is no dedicated outside area for the unit, not even a chair outside the door (there's no space), just the shared yard and pool area. The kitchen was not well supplied (no bowls larger than a cereal bowl and barely any spoons, as two examples). The unit needs TLC in several ways, such as a broken chair in the kitchen, doorknob coming loose in the bathroom, and screen door difficult to close. Biggest issue was a lot of dust and cobwebs on the walls and ceilings which caused us allergies, although the bathrooms were clean. In conclusion it was a good value for the price but we are unlikely to stay again.

Disappointing

We stayed for a week. The location is great but other than that the property is disappointing. It was spot cleaned but dirty and dusty. Also what looked like mold on the bathroom ceiling. There are only two pans and one of them is very small and they need replacing. There are no baking sheets. There is really no counter space. The rugs in both bathrooms were dirty and the rugs throughout the property were dirty. Also we had a cricket in one of the upstairs bedrooms so maybe a bug treatment is needed. No place to store beach items so needed to work out of our trunk every day.
