Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the entire home, including all indoor spaces and outdoor amenities—the pool, spa, pickleball court, putting green, BBQ area, and fire pit are all yours to enjoy during your stay.

Located in a quiet residential area of La Quinta, the home is just minutes from golf, shopping, and dining. The Empire Polo Club, Old Town La Quinta, and top hiking trails are all nearby, making it the ideal spot for both relaxation and adventure.



Getting Around:

Easy access by car with on-site parking. Local restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores are within a short drive. Rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are readily available for festival or golf trips.

Pool & Spa Access:

• Yes! Private pool & spa included.

• Pool heating is $60/day

• Spa heat is complimentary.

• Pool heating is available upon request. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to use it, so we can ensure the system is properly checked and working before your arrival. Pool heating systems can be sensitive, and advance notice allows us time to address any potential issues. The hot tub will not be hot at check-in. Due to energy-saving measures, hot tubs cannot be left running continuously, as turning them on disables the cleaning mode. For this reason, they are only activated for a few hours at a time. Guests may turn it on upon arrival or contact us to have it activated.

• Please note that the pool can be heated up to a maximum of 82°F. This provides a comfortable swimming temperature, but it is not intended to feel “hot” like a spa or hot tub. Due to the nature of the heating system, pool heating can only be offered for the entire duration of the stay and cannot be added on an ad hoc or per-day basis. Please also note that when the hot tub is in use, the system redirects heat to the hot tub, so pool heating will pause and the pool temperature may drop until the system is switched back to pool heating.



Pet Policy:

• Pets allowed for a $150 fee per animal. Pets must stay off beds/sofas. Excess pet hair on beds will result in a $150 cleaning fee per bed.



Parking:

• Max 4 vehicles (garage + driveway).

• No street parking – fines of $200+ and towing apply.



Quiet Hours:

• 10 PM – 8 AM.

• Low-volume music allowed until 10 PM. No amplified sound at any time.



Early Check-in/Late Check-out:

• Available upon request for $75 (up to 2 hours), based on cleaning schedule.



Guest Limit & Visitors:

• Only registered guests allowed.

• No parties or events. We require contact info for all adults staying on-site.



Additional Guest Fee



To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone and help us maintain the property, we apply an additional guest fee of $15 per person for groups that exceed the standard occupancy.



Here’s how it works:

• Each property has a standard occupancy of 1 guest per bedroom.

• We allow one additional guest beyond that at no extra charge.

• If your group exceeds that number, the $15 fee will apply per extra guest.
