Mountain bike lovers, ride to the Back 40 and Little Sugar trails.

If you're coming in town for an event at the beautiful Mildred B. Cooper Chapel, it is only 5 minutes away.

The home features beautiful wood ceilings on first and second floors. The back windows look out into the greenery of a wooded area. Perfect for enjoying morning coffee listening to the birds from the patio. You will feel like you are in a treehouse while still having the modern conveniences of indoor plumbing, electricity, heating and cooling!

The home has been recently updated to include:
An office space with an extra monitor for remote workers.
Flat screen TVs in the master suite and living room.
Rain shower in the master suite.

It is an end unit with only 1 shared wall and quiet, respectful neighbors!

Please note: this property does leverage an outdoor security camera for safety and security of the property, our guests, and our neighbors. It is located on the front porch allowing for video footage of the porch, walkway, and property's parking spaces to be captured.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING on property. City required QUIET HOURS 10 PM - 6 AM. NO PETS.
This is a NO shoes house. All shoes must be taken off at entry $10 fee per carpet/rug stain left in the home.
Please only flush toilet paper NOTHING else. If a clog requiring a plumber occurs during your stay a fee will be assessed for the cost of the services

Bike riding is my happy place and was the impetus for my first trip to Northwest Arkansas five years ago. I fell in love with the community and all that the area has to offer … the combination of the outdoor activities, the people, and the food can’t be beaten in my opinion!

I live and work in Kansas City and have been co-hosting for over four years. I’m excited to help make your visit to NWA cozy and enjoyable!

Why they chose this property

The location of this neighborhood is great for access to restaurants, shops, the Back 40, the golf course (although I'm not the most avid of golfers), and the highway. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and a great getaway from the hustle and bustle.

What makes this property unique

The wood ceilings and proximity to the wooded area behind the property make it feel like a cabin in the trees.

I grew up with a backyard treehouse; it brings a smile to my face and makes me feel the relaxed comfort of another time every time I visit (but with wifi). I hope it does the same for you!
