Guests must clean up after pets (additional $500 fee if cleaning team must handle this).

My husband and I absolutely loved this property. The layout was amazing with the front and back porches, and sitting out back by the fire pit was charming. The neighborhood was quiet so it was very peaceful. And the spa was wonderful after long days of walking around town. We would love to stay here again.

Relaxing St. Augustine Getaway

We spent 5 nights in this adorable house. It was exactly as described! Clean, adorable, and on a quiet street. Location was walkable to historic downtown and St. George street. Very comfortable and so much better than a hotel! Washer/dryer combo was nice, we enjoyed the hot tub and also loved that there were beach towels to use. We would definitely stay here again!

Family long weekend

This is the location I was hoping for: close to town to walk. Quaint neighborhood as I expected in St Augustine. Happy for the off street parking. Home nicely done to keep quaint but clean and updated at the same time. Plenty of room for family of 6.

A pretty little home

Clean and modern. On the smaller side but cozy. 15 minute walk to Night of Lights and other attractions. Only drawback is while its fenced in, there is no closure on the north side where an outdoor shower is located. Something to think about with a dog or small child. Highly recommend and will come here again when i go back to St. Augustine.

Everything we needed

There were six people in our family group. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. The house was very clean and decorated beautifully. We mostly ate out but the house is prepared for food prep if that’s what you need with oven, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Lovely screen porch with additional seating and hot tub. The location was great, within walking distance to Flagler College and downtown area. There is also a trolley stop two blocks or less from the house. There is off street parking as well.We would definitely Stay here again!
