The condo sits within the splendid Reserva Conchal, a gated community located less than an hour drive from the Liberia international airport. Our guests can enjoy all the amenities that the Reserva Conchal offers, like its extraordinary beach club with restaurant, swimming pool, fitness center, spa, skate park, hiking paths, tennis&pickleball courts and direct access to the wonderful Playa Conchal where all the water sports are available (snorkelling, kayaking, paddle, ...).
The condo features three bedrooms (one master bedroom and two comfortable bedrooms), two bathrooms, a fully-fitted chief kitchen, a loft-style vaulted ceiling living and dining room as well as a private terrasse on which you will enjoy the most beautiful sunset aperitives. The condo overlooks beautiful gardens, the Reserva Conchal’s golf course, the Bougainvillea complex swimming pool and has a distant view of the Pacific Ocean. The condo is premium-equipped (including washing machine, dryer, air-conditioning) for the most pleasant stay.

Beautiful property in Reserva Conchal

Thank you for opening your home to us! This is not just a vrbo rental, but a property where owners live and therefore everything is perfect, just the way you would like to live yourself for a week. It has everything you need, everything works, beautiful views to the golf course in conchal, access to the beach club, etc. We will definitely stay again!

We enjoy everything at Reserva Conchal and especially:
- the easy access to the most beautiful beach in Costa Rica with all the amenities (pools, restaurant, water sport, fitness center, spa, ..);
- the beautiful nature and animals in this preserved natural reserve;
- the security of this luxury gated community;
- the location of Reserva Conchal in the region, close to surf beaches, nice restaurants and reasonable distance to the beautiful volcano/waterfall/rainforest sites.

What makes this property unique

Our condo has a unique view on the golf with the ocean in the background. Our building is the closest to the Bougainvillea pool, so we can be in the pool in 20 seconds. Our condo has been recently renovated, with maximum confort. We are a family of musicians so you will always find a guitar there 🎶
