My family had an amazing stay at this property! If you're looking for a secluded area with a few perks during camping this is it!! Host is very accommodating and very responsive to messages if we needed anything!
We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The weekend we went it was around 90* during the day but the campsite is 99% shaded by trees so it really wasn’t bad at all. During the day we drove to the “Little blue swimming hole” and spent the day in the water. it was about a 25 minute drive from the campsite but wasn’t difficult to get to. Definitely recommend checking it out when you go. Carol was a great host and we will be returning in the future.
I'm an Air Force veteran and have owned this property since 2020. I was born in Wisconsin but lived in Delaware for almost 30 years before I started traveling all over the country as a full-time RV'er. I finally settled down in the Green Country part of Oklahoma back in 2015 and love my life in the woods.
Why they chose this property
This property sits up on a hill near Grand Lake. It's 20 acres of woods surrounded by other large tracts of land making it a very remote, quiet destination.
What makes this property unique
There is a hiking trail around the perimeter of the property that can be a bit of a challenge. The hike can take 45 minutes to an hour depending on fitness level.
