*PLEASE TREAT THE HOME WITH CARE & RESPECT – You’ll be staying in someone’s home, so we appreciate mindful use of the space.

*CHECK-IN: AFTER 4:00 PM – Self check-in available via smart lock.

*CHECKOUT: BEFORE 10:00 AM – Helps us prepare the home for the next guests.

*MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 12 GUESTS – Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.

*NO PETS – We are unable to accommodate animals at this time.

*QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM – Please be respectful of neighbors.

*NO PARTIES OR EVENTS – Unauthorized gatherings are not allowed.

*NO COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY – Property use is limited to residential stays only.

*NO SMOKING – Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.



📝 OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

CLEAR COMMUNICATION – Please review these policies with your group so everyone is informed prior to arrival.


PRIMARY RENTER AGE: 25+ – The reservation must be made by a guest age 25 or older.


RENTAL AGREEMENT & ID – A signed rental agreement and government-issued ID are required within 48 hours of booking.


$500 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT – Fully refundable provided there are no damages or rule violations.


NO PETS – Not permitted due to allergy considerations.


HOT TUB & POOL GUIDELINES – Please shower before use; no glass, salts, bath bombs, or bubbles. Extra cleaning or draining may incur a $500 fee.


POOL HEATING – Optional heating is $60/day and must be added at booking.


NO SMOKING OR VAPING – Prohibited inside and on patios; violations may result in fees and immediate termination without refund.


NO PARTIES OR EVENTS – Quiet hours are 9:00 PM–8:00 AM, and guest count must match the reservation.


EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS – Ring doorbell at the front door and floodlight camera facing the driveway; no indoor cameras.


BOOKING GUEST MUST BE PRESENT – The person who booked must remain on the property during the stay.


POLICY ENFORCEMENT – House parties, loud noise, or unauthorized vehicles may result in eviction without refund.
