This fantastic 1962 sq ft 4 bedroom (sleeps 8), 3.5 bath custom built home is in the heart of Ocean Drive, just 1 block from the beach and Main St. Yes, just 1 block from all the Shag Clubs (Fat Harold's, Duck's, Spanish Galleon, OD Pavilion). Master on main (king) with 3 bedrooms (1 king/2 queen) and a loft upstairs that overlooks the 19’ den ceiling and open floor plan. 408 sq ft of double porches, parking for 5 vehicles. 7-night booking gets a 10% discount year-round. 28-night or more booking gets a 60% discount (September through May). Great set up for Golfers too!

NO PETS.
NO SMOKING.
NO MOTORCYCLES.
Must be 25 to rent (valid ID's required with rental contract). Rental Agreement will be emailed once booked. Security Cameras (5) are present underneath the house monitoring the entire parking area and staircase entrances.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
A) no items have been damaged or removed from the home; b) clean and store all dishes;
C) all trash (including all refrigerator and freezer foods and items) are deposited in the trash dumpster (located behind the development brick wall on Hillside Dr);
d) used bed sheets and pillow cases (NOT zippered pillow covers or mattress covers) are stripped and stacked on the washing machine along with used towels; and e) all blinds drawn and doors locked
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The location of this property is great. The house has all that I needed. Very short walk to the beach and some great food. My friends and I had a great stay. Communicating with Garrett could not have been better. I look forward to staying in this house again.

We loved the less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Location is great for restaurants and different activities. The house was very spacious and everyone had room to relax on their own. This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach snd we plan to return. Photo below was taken from the porch after a stormed had passed.

This home was just perfect for us! Easy walk to the beach and also near other things wanted to do!It was clean and spacious! Garrett was outstanding! The hot water heater went out on our first day there and he had it all taken care of in a matter of hours! Communication with him was easy and quick! Highly recommend this home!!!

Perfect House, perfect location!

We came last minute to care for two ailing parents. The house, location and amenities made our otherwise difficult stay very comfortable and inviting. I don’t have enough words to express how impressed I was with this property. My family and I celebrated my wife and my sons birthday as well as Fathers Day with our in laws and parents. The house was big enough for eight people without feeling cramped. It was conveniently located near the beach and was within a short walk. Found some dirty laundry from the previous guest still in the house but not a big deal. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend to others.
