Uniquely located on a secluded beach of a quiet gated neighborhood, our beach-front villa with private infinity pool and lush garden is perfect for family holidays as well as romantic escapes and friends gatherings. Only a walk away from various local restaurants and hotel resorts, you will probably spend evenings watching stunning sunsets or taking photos on beautiful white sand bars that appear in the sea during low tides. Our villa has a discreet live-in housekeeper who is also a great cook.

Lemongrass Villa with 3 en-suite bedrooms is made up of two villas. The main villa is facing the sun deck, large infinity-edge pool and the beach. This is where the living room, dining room, kitchen and powder room (bathroom without shower) are. On both sides, the glass folding doors can be opened up to create a fully open space overlooking the swimming pool with a view of the sea and dazzling sunsets, too. Our Harmon Kardon wireless bluetooth-enabled sound system will ensure you can easily play your own music inside the house or our at the pool.

The kitchen comes complete with all the major appliances such as a toaster, coffee machine, blender, stove and oven. Utensils, dishes and glasses are also included. The large refrigerator also has a built-in ice maker so you can prepare your favorite refreshing cocktails to sip on while you relax on the pool deck. The kitchen also has a washing machine and a dryer.

We also have a large outdoor BBQ grill to cook up fresh seafood lunch or dinner on the deck with an outdoor dining table for you to enjoy in this occasion as well as for your breakfast while watching the calming sea.

The second villa is separated by a small garden and a fish pond. This villa makes up the living quarters and has 2 floors. All 3 en-suite bedrooms are here, with two downstairs (each sleeps two persons + a baby if you don't mind sharing) and the larger master bedroom spans all across upstairs with a king size bed, bathtub, a separate glass rain shower, as well as toilet, sink, mirror and a hair-dryer. There is also a private balcony up here for a quiet read or a meal.

The downstairs bedrooms are made up of a custom made queen bed and the other two custom twin beds. Each have their own bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet, sink, mirror and a hair-dryer. All bedrooms have a large closet, working desk, small refrigerator, air-conditioning and a Smart TV.

--- The Neighborhood ---

Although we recommend renting a car (which we can help arranging for), so that you can explore the island, there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance from the villa. From local Thai places, to an Italian pizza place to 3 hotel resorts 5-min walk away along the beach where you can get anything from breakfast buffets to Thai or international cuisines.

There is also a local convenient store with basic food, sweets, savory things, and all kinds of drinks (from water to soft drinks to beer) within walking distance.

We also recommend visiting the Four Seasons Resort (2-min drive), which offers the best breakfast buffet you've ever seen, as well as fine dining Thai, hill-top sunset cocktail bar as well as Latin-American dishes down on their stunning beach.

The capital town is called Nathon and it is 5 min away by car. Here you can find many restaurants, shops, fresh fruit and vegetable stands, fresh seafood, as well as a big Tesco Lotus supermarket, where you can get all your necessary grocery. This town also offers numerous pharmacies, banks as well as a fitness center if you need to get your pump on. Right across from the gym is a big liquor store where you can find anything you need to prepare your cocktails as well as wines. If you are looking for imported goods and grocery, Koh Samui has a gourmet supermarket called Tops Market which is 30 minutes away in Chaweng town.

There are many great restaurants and places all around the island and we will be sure to share the tips with you upon your arrival.
