Our major disappointment now is with the shower/tub. Faucet on off old difficult to turn on glass sliding doors make getting in out a pain. Bedrooom blind pull cords are broken...We will find a unit with an updated bathroom in the future.

Doesn’t make a good pot of coffee. There’s not a lot of storage options for food outside of the fridge. Overall this place was great. The firewood was the biggest headache. All they need is a tarp to fix that. Also, spend $50 and get a new coffee maker.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo worked fine for our trip to Mammoth and the Blues Festival just over a mile away. The condo was a bit old but it was clean and nicely decorated. The bedroom could use a ceiling fan as it was stuffy at night and there wasn't much counter space in the dated kitchen. Nice view of the mountains from the balcony with a newer barbecue but it was also stocked with fire wood so there wasn't room to sit down. Snow Creek staff was great. Thank you for taking our calls.

Kitchen had red sauce on wall where garbage is and could see leftover hair from last guest in bathroom floor next to shower. Lastly...The unit did not come with extra blanket like mostAll condo units have and when I inquired with the managers that Thursday night after arrival, I got a less than friendly response. The person interacting with me via text should know more about customer service. Very dismissive of my request. Other than that stay was OK.

The condo was so cute, wood was provided to use the fireplace, it’s close to everything, and it was a perfect stay for the holidays. Everybody from the office was very kind and helpful as well and responded very quickly. We will most definitely be returning. Also, the prices aren’t bad considering everything else in the area! A must do. :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Snowcreek Management was very unhelpful and did not provide support in a timely manner or at all. They offered excuses for issues with the property. My wife had a doctors appointment that she almost missed due to maintenance personnel blocking staircase with 6 feet of snow! Snowcreek Management did not care when I brought up the problem. This could have been a fire escape issue. Maintenance person was very nice and tried his best to take care of the condominium issues when management finally sent him over. TV in bedroom did not work. Filter over range hood was missing. Levelor blinds were broken on several windows. Management needs to inform customers that certain items in the condo do not work and offer alternatives to customers before they arrive.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is be our 2nd stay at Snowcreek. We love the location, this time we stayed in a one bedroom. It was perfect for my husband and I. When we arrived the condo was some what clean, a little stuffy since everything was closed up. Right away I noticed that dogs have stayed there since the couch was covered with dog hair :(! Kitchen could have had more utensils (spatula, coffee filters,oven mits). Overall we made the best of it and enjoyed our stay. We plan on coming back,maybe pick a different condo.

It could benefit from a few more reading lights in the living room; the bedroom had good lighting and a comfortable chair and light. The bathtub/shower was very slippery until we discovered a rubber bath mat under the kitchen sink. Snowcreek grounds, (particularly the meadow) are lovely for walking.

My only comment is the lack of cooking supplies, such as a cutting board, a knife that's sharp enough to cut veggies, a wine opener that's functional... other than that it's a great basic place that was clean and was fine for two of us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were happy with the condo. We liked how close is is to everything. Just had a couple things that could be addressed. Disc player in living room was missing the batteries upon arrival, thankfully we had AAA batteries in our head lamps that we brought. So we were able to watch a couple movies at night.Only one window screen was working properly. We tried to open windows at night to cool down the condo but could only do one window in the bedroom. Also a bummer because there is no ceiling fan in the bedroom and the provided oscillating fan that was in the closet didn't work. The fan blades were hitting the plastic cover.Again, overall it was a good stay just needs a few things fixed and addressed to make it a more comfortable stay.
