Totally renovated and attractively appointed upside down style townhome. West unit. Tenants love this location for the convenience to downtown shops and restaurants, and easy access to a wide swimming beach. On the lower level, there are 3 bedrooms, a full tub/shower bathroom, and a laundry area. Upstairs, the open great room offers ample space for your family to gather. The custom kitchen is well equipped for meal preparation. The breakfast bar and adjacent dining table comfortably seat 8 people. The huge sectional sofa is the perfect spot for relaxing and TV viewing. On the deck, guests can enjoy an alfresco meal or sunset cocktail (with bay views!) In the rear yard, there is a gas grill and outside shower. 1st floor- 2 queen bedrooms, and a bunk bedroom with full over twin. 2nd floor master with queen bed. Owner will provide 4 beach chairs, some beach tags, and a beach cart. Tesla charging station by driveway.
