41C Maryland Ave- Steps to the beach! This one bedroom apartment is spacious and you cannot beat the location! The beach is 1.5 blocks from the unit and you are located in the middle of downtown Rehoboth Beach. Park your car for the week and enjoy everything Rehoboth has to offer. The owner provides one on street parking permit. Tenants may rent by the night with a TWO night minimum or by the week. .
This unit is a first floor unit that is located behind the main home and below another unit. The main home and the unit above is rented out as well.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $108.25.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled.
