The Mary Ann is a show stopping pet friendly Tybee Beach Home! 3 Bedrooms 2 bathrooms, this property features a one of a kind outdoor space with a heated pool, fully fenced front and back yard, bocce ball court, and ample outdoor seating.

Important Note:
We have a pool heating fee of $30 per day. Contact us ahead of time if you wish to be a pool heat.

Located mid-island only one street over from Tybee`s designated bike path and a 3 blocks from the 12th street beach access, this home is the perfect accommodation for family and friends to enjoy a peaceful vacation at the beach.

Great Beach House

This was a great house for a base camp for Tybee Island. It had everything we needed for our short trip. We did the beach in the morning and pool at the house in the afternoon and it worked out perfectly, as there was shade by the pool in the late afternoon.

Excellent location and wonderful hosts!

We stayed here to celebrate Spring Break (3 adults, 11 year old boy and pet lab). The house was such a great location, walking distance to beach, grocery store, shops and restaurants. The hosts were so accommodating and easy to work with. We never wanted to leave the backyard with the incredible pool and outdoor bathroom. Will definitely be back!
