Wow! Just wow! I had read the reviews for Sarah's place before I booked, but words can not describe the beauty & tranquility of this gem! Everything is as described from previous guests! If this VRBO is something you are looking at in Maple Valley or surrounding area, you just found your next vacation! Look no further, you won't be disappointed! And Sarah is the best host! Thanks Sarah!

Beautiful, and calming surrounding. Really enjoyed just sitting on the berm listening to the river flowing by. Very clear shallow water, with a couple large salmon just hanging out every time we looked! Saw a few tiny squeaking squirrels and small rabbits.Everything was clean, the hot tub was nice and clean. Communication was great. Also, good location, perfectly removed from town but close enough to run into town without a thought. The Maple Valley farmers market was much bigger than what we get at home. It was exactly the escape I was looking for and would love to visit again in the future.

Sarah was an amazing host! So kind, friendly and communicative! The house itself was so clean and perfect. We loved sitting next to the fire watching the river go by. Such a beautiful and relaxing stay! And the two turkeys walking down the road as a huge plus! I highly recommend and will definitely be back!!

Adorable spot- great scenery!

We absolutely loved this place. The river was so lovely and we really liked the cover over the hot tub for when it rained. Great amenities and really appreciated the snack basket. Make sure to bring a sleep mask though because it is bright upstairs! I would totally book this home again.

In the middle of a hectic time, this wonderful, peaceful place was sheer BLISS to come back to each night. While there, I learned I have breast cancer, and the gentle sound of the river flowing by kept me sane those first few days. Everything we could possibly need was there, which was a huge comfort.

Quiet Retreat

Loved the stay. It was "well stocked" with everything one could need to enjoy their stay. The river and hot tub in the back are automatic "smile generators". The owner was responsive, timely, and caring regarding my needs.

Unique Riverside Stay

We were in Maple Valley for a wedding and this was such a fun spot. We took advantage of swimming and tubing down the river and the hot tub! There were 2 rooms with a bed each (top floor and bottom floor) and a middle floor with a 3rd sleeping area that had a push down futon and extra bedding and pillows. Cool place to stay! Definitely recommend.
