Kayak/Boat launch ramp located a block away. Family friendly neighborhood with lots of activities.
6 guest passes for community pool included in your rental fee. There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. No pets and No smoking.

My family and I live in Queen Anne's County MD about an hour and half away from the condo. We love living on the eastern shore of Maryland. Our three children keep us very busy, but we enjoy spending our vacation time at the DE Beaches.
Why they chose this property
As you enter the neighborhood, you feel like you are entering a resort. It's very peaceful and quite with friendly people. The views are amazing and help you get relaxed as you start your vacation.
