Welcome to The Oasis! Located on one of Cherry Grove's best channels, enjoy your own private backyard paradise with the ocean front just a two minute walk.

Please note the pool is not heated and does not have heating capability.

1. Our rates INCLUDE departure cleaning
2. Our rates DO NOT INCLUDE linen service. The package for this home is $125.
3. Prime summer rentals WILL INCLUDE a linen package. (mid June to mid August)
4. Pets are allowed (2 pets or less) with a $75 pet fee; we do NOT have size restrictions. If you are traveling with more than two pets, please inquire!
5. We do NOT rent to groups under the age of 25 or chaperoned groups under any circumstances. Please don't ask for an exception.
6. Fully keyless property; no waiting in lines to check in!!

Most rentals in our area DO NOT include linens automatically. We offer guests a CHOICE in providing their own OR adding a linen package from a professional, local linen service provider that we contract with. Linens include sheeting for all beds, bath towel sets, bath mats, and kitchen towels. If you provide you own, these are the items you will need.

This home was almost perfect. We could not really enjoy the pool because it was on the chilly side. We wish it would’ve been heated! The house itself was beautiful and in a great area. The owner was very nice and communicative. We enjoyed our stay!

Thank you for the feedback but I don't believe it's reasonable to expect a pool to be heated that we clearly advertise is NOT heated. If you would like to swim in early April pool heating would be a necessity. In the future, rent a home that fits your needs.

The location was amazing, very quiet and clean area. Very quick walk to the beach and accessible to major roads. The house was very large and laid out nicely. Pool was beautiful, but being not heated in March, it was too chilly. Some minor maintenance issues with the property, when I asked the owner they responded and did let me know the work was scheduled to be taken care of. Overall it was a lovely stay for our family, great location, peaceful, and allowed for privacy and rest!

Thank you for providing a review and feedback. I wanted to clarify regarding maintenance issues for anyone considering booking the home. This guest was concerned about two sections of door trim that were chewed by a dog from a recent past stay. This was obviously a cosmetic issue that didn't impede this guests enjoyment of the property. As we informed the guest the interior of the home was being painted upon their departure and the trim would be repaired then. It is not always practical to make non emergent repairs immediately upon discovery. In regards to pool heating, the pool is NOT heated as indicated in the listing. This guest inquired about pool heating prior to booking and still chose to select this home.
