remodeled, 3 bedroom/2.5 bath with loft Villa boasts your own lanai,
pool, jacuzzi, and Blackstone griddle. A private courtyard leads you
into this stunning, open concept contemporary home with soaring
ceilings providing a sun drenched tropical atmosphere. The kitchen has
updated cabinets, counter tops, appliances, as well as a full sized
washer and dryer closet. The primary suite is on the first floor complete
with a walk-in closet, shower and jacuzzi tub. Next to the kitchen is a
bedroom with a queen bed and a powder room. Upstairs is a loft with a
queen bed, a bedroom with a walk-in closet, and a full bathroom.
Carmel at Vanderbilt Lakes is a double gated community that's only a
four minute drive to Bonita Beach and 20 minutes to Ft. Meyers airport.
Tons of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment including Coconut
Point and the Mercado are only 12 minutes away. The villa includes a 1
car garage, beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, and 2 beach cruiser
bicycles.. Requires HOA approval that take a min. of 25 days for approval.
