Somerset 305

Welcome to Somerset 305 located on beautiful Marco Island! Located directly on Marco Island's crescent beach enjoy nightly sunsets from your balcony looking over the warm Gulf of America. This condo has been remodeled throughout with a fun beachy vibe! Unpack your suitcases and relax while visiting our special island. The Somerset complex has 2 heated swimming pools, 2 private beach access points, tennis and pickleball courts as well as out door grilling. Your home away from home awaits and we look foward to hosting you and your family on Marco Island!

Please be aware that after we accept your booking request, you will be receiving an email from The Somerset association for you to fill out their HOA form. This form has a non refundable fee of $150.

During May 1 - October 31 Renters see below in regards to Turtle Season

"Lessee [or substitute “Tenant” or “Renter” for “Lessee” everywhere that word appears in this paragraph, based on the term used in your Lease] acknowledges and understands that the period from May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Lessee agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Lessee understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against the occupant/owner by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Lessee agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee’s occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

Beautiful stay on Marco

This was our first trip to Marco Island and this property was just perfect. The views and location couldn’t have been better. The unit was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our vacation. Would highly recommend this spot for a relaxing, stress free vacation.

I am very happy with the stay. The location of the property is awesome. The distance to the places we wanted to go were very short. No long drives and there was very little traffic. The distribution of the apartment is spacious and made us feel like home. I will certainly come back to Somerset 305.

Beautiful place

My sister & I stayed here for 10 days. Everything was as stated in their description. We love the Somerset building with the close proximity to the beach, 2 pools on both ends, everything gated, & walking distance to fabulous restaurants. Would definitely stay again in this unit.

Another day at the beach!

Unit is well located, easy access and great underground parking. Perfect beach and sunsets. Also, easy walk to many restaurants. Owners were quick to respond to us.
