Newly Renovated Family Home – Pool & Short Walk to Siesta Beach - Waterview
This beautiful home has been extensively remodeled, lays on the canal and only 5 minutes from the famous Siesta Key beach. Enjoy the electrically heated, huge pool and large caged lanai with its beautiful canal view – especially during fantastic sunsets.
The patio table and outdoor sofa lounge are covered giving you some nice shade in the summer and letting you sit outside also on a rainy day or during an afternoon shower. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar. You walk on wood and tile floors throughout the house. For your communication and entertainment, the house offers wireless internet, Cable TV and DVD, flat-screen TV`s in the master bedroom and living room. Both bedrooms have King Beds and an own bathroom. In the garage, you will find all the necessary things for a great day at the beach (e.g. cool box, beach chairs, beach umbrella). Have a wonderful vacation!
The pool can be heated. Poolheat charges 100$+13% Tax per week (setting to 85 Fahrenheit)
