5). CHECK OUT BEYOND WITHOUT APPROVAL ATTRACT CHARGES. FAILURE TO CLEAN OR WASH PLATE WILL ATTRACT CLEANING FEE FOR ($30 per hour)

The only thing was that its a 6 min drive to downtown and Roger’s place not walking distance!!
