Cozy Condo close to LRT, Stadium and Expo Center.

Harmohan and his guest were great. Very good communication and they left the place neat and tidy. It was great to host him and wish all my guests were as good as Harmohan. I would recommend him to future hosts.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Since your stay in early August the deck repairs have been completed and there have been no new pest issues. The condo board had scheduled repairs to decks and upon inspection it was determined the whole deck had to be repaired. We let you know as soon as we found out. We offered you exclusive use of our premium property The Dragonfly Inn, pool, hot tub and sauna with decks and bbq facilities at no charge. Shortly after check in (5:47pm) you mentioned the AC was off in one bedroom and a few lights were not on. I responded to your message in 2 minutes. After confirming you knew how to reset a breaker you told me it was broken. I was at the property with tools to replace at 8:01pm. After inspection the breaker was only tripped and I reset. Most likely a carpenter used the deck outlet while AC was on and tripped breaker. The next day at 9:23pm you messaged about finding a mouse in a sticky trap. The mouse had already past away and the trap was tucked under the baseboard heater. Due to the time of night I was unable to send anyone over until morning to remove. The condo repairs had some siding removed and proactively installed traps in all units. I offered to remove the mouse in the morning and also offered full refund for remaining days of your stay. You indicated you would prefer to leave. We are sorry the situation was not ideal for your stay. We did everything in our control to make it up to you. You never asked us for any additional compensation or indicated the refund of remaining nights was insufficient. While there were some issues with your stay, your review is inaccurate of what actually happened.
