The Space:

This dog-friendly Agate Bay chalet is located on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe, CA. Agate Bay is a short drive to Tahoe City and Kings Beach, both great lakeside towns with wonderful restaurants, shops, grocery stores, boat/bicycle rentals and much more. The main level has a fantastic open layout with vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. Comfortable furnishings and a gas fireplace in the living area allow the guest to relax and enjoy the flat screen TV. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main level. The upstairs bedroom has four twin beds and a queen bed, perfect for larger groups or a place to put the youngsters! To top it off, this vacation rental comes with a huge deck and updated deck furnishings!



2022 Update: This cabin has a newly installed AC Unit for hot summer days!



All ABP vacation rentals come equipped with high-speed Internet, linens, towels, kitchen supplies (toaster, coffee pot, dishes, pots/pans, utensils), washer/dryer and BBQ (summer only). If you have special requests, please let us know.



Important:

On March 11th 2022, Placer County implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500 - $5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance.



Some highlights include:

•Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound.

•Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of a property and all pet waste needs to be picked up.

•Parking is limited to the following number of spaces: 4



Due to extreme fire danger- The use of any outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited in any of our rental properties. All charcoal or wood burning bbq's are strictly prohibited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
