Nature at your back door. We are within a half a block from McKinney Rubicon. Our backyard is 32 miles of national Park. (https://www.edcgov.us/government/rubicon/pages/information_to_the_rubicon_trail.aspx) We are also a half a mile from the famous Chambers landing so you’ll have beach access. More information about the area can be found at the website below https://visitinglaketahoe.com/ The space The guests have use of all space in the house and outdoors. Three bedrooms, Two bathrooms, dining room kitchen with Bar and living room. There’s a nice outdoor deck in the backyard. Two sliding glass doors give great access to the national park behind our house. Guest access Yes have use of the entire house. The national Park behind us and our great outdoor space with a fire pit, horseshoes and a nice deck to watch nature. Other things to note We do provide linens and towels but we asked guest to strip the beds and start a load of laundry before they leave. There are lots of wildlife in the area and guest must be very careful with garbage. Our plumbing is very sensitive, nothing can go down the kitchen drain. Please only place natural waste in the toilets, If guests clog the plumbing they are responsible for paying to get it fixed. We have continuous Wi-Fi but cell phone service is limited in our area.
