There is an additional sleeping area in a loft/office space that has a day-to-king bed. My name is Carrie and I am originally from Mississippi. I moved to the Vail Valley in 1998. I have a teenage daughter and we love all things outdoors. We love to open up our homes for others to enjoy what we love most.
Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because of the location and our neighborhood. Eagle Vail has amazing amenities right in our backyard. Within steps from our home, we are in nature. Our neighborhood by the river has 3 cul-de-sacs, so no drive-through traffic exists. We feel very blessed to live here.
What makes this property unique
Our two-level, end-unit, townhome has a private spacious fenced-in backyard perfect for entertaining. Our friends say that they feel at home when they are here. That makes me happy.
