Our property is truly an oasis, a bit off the beaten path, which is exactly why many guests choose to stay with us—to enjoy the views and the sounds of birds and monkeys. We do send out recommendations for places to stop for supplies on your way to us, so that you do not have to turn around and go back out - no one ever wants to do that once they arrive For check-in, the instructions indicated meeting at the community center, and the location pin was shared in the chat. As we had not received the required photo ID in advance, this was necessary to assist you with gate entry. We also kindly ask guests to provide a 30–45 minute notice prior to arrival so we can ensure a smooth check-in experience. It seems there may have been a misunderstanding, as you arrived at the security gate while I was waiting at the community center. I was, of course, happy to meet you there once you called. Regarding drones, please note that they are not permitted within the community to respect homeowners' and guests' privacy. We would have appreciated being informed of this intrusion. For checkout, the instructions were to place garbage at the depot located beside the security gate entrance and to leave the keys in the house. Overall, it was a pleasure hosting your group—they were lovely guests. We simply regret that there were a few challenges with following the check-in and checkout procedures.
