About this property

Jungle and Beautiful Lake Arenal

In the grounds of Nepenthe B&B, This large home that belong to the owners of the B&B has 3 bedrooms, one on the main floor with a queen bed, another on the second floor with a king bed and bunk bed, and a third on the second floor with a queen bed and twin bed. The downstairs bathrooms has a shower and the one upstairs has a shower and tub.
The gourmet kitchen has granite counters, a breakfast bar and all stainless steel appliances. In the huge living area are a dining table seating 10, and a screen TV with satelital service.
Also, breakfast is complementary every days for the house guests at Nepenthe B&B restaurant called Phoenix.
Surrounding the house on three sides is a large veranda, perfect for viewing the tropical gardens, orange grove, and the infinity-edge pool. It is also a relaxing place to view the jungle, visiting monkeys, many types of birds as well as Lake Arenal and surrounding areas. Important to let our visitors know that the owner has a tiny aparment in the same house and he live there and he will be happy to give you a welcome words.

THE ADJACENT PROPERTY BECAME AVAILABLE AND IN 2012 AND OROPENDULA WAS BORN. AFTER EXTENSIVE REMOLDING, IT BECAME OUR HOME. SINCE WE RETURN TO OUR HOME IN CALIFORNIA SIX MONTHS A YEAR, WE LET OUR GUEST ENJOY OUR BEAUTIFUL HOME..
