With plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy a movie, there are also sweet little sitting areas for quiet moments with a book and cold glass of lemonade after a long day of soaking up in the Florida sunshine!
The heated pool and screened lanai area boast views of a lovely lake from every angle. Enjoy festive family feasts at the large outdoor dining area or simply close your eyes and let the soft breeze sing you the song of rest and relaxation you deserve while napping in a sun chair.
The master suite has warm floors, soft sheets, a large TV, HUGE bathroom with soaking tub, and your own private entrance and exit to the screen lanai and pool area. Also equip with a TV, the second bedroom has a queen bed and is simply the most comfortable place you will ever rest your head. The third room has two daybeds in the most adorable layout. Perfect for little sunkissed noses and tired giggles at the end of an adventurous day!

OMG, this place is amazing, spacious and close to AMI. The colors and decor make you feel Florida vacation, which is what I look for when I wake up. I want to know I am on vacation. The Host was super responsive. Not that I needed anything other than to tell him a light bulb went out. I will definitely stay here again, if it is available next year.

Fabulous Property

We loved our stay at Paradise Cove. The property was spotlessly clean upon arrival. The property was much bigger than expected and the photos don't do it justice. The neighborhood is very peaceful and in easy reach of shops and beautiful beaches. The check in / out process was seamless as was communication with the management company. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

Wonderful Vacation Home

The property was well maintained and comfortable with all of the things we needed to enjoy our vacation from kitchen appliances, glasses and plates to pool & beach towels & goodies. A quiet neighborhood with a wonderful view of an Eagles nest and pond with birds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found it to be very relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay. We really appreciated the three bedrooms and all of the beds were very comfortable. The weather was a little cool so the heated pool was amazing. We utilized it almost every day. We enjoyed watching the ducks and other wildlife while swimming. It was very relaxing. We hope to stay here again.

The property is in an excellent location, and all internal fixtures and fittings are of the highest quality. The owners provide everything anyone could possibly need for a holiday, and we would have no hesitation whatsoever recommending to friends. Great until Milton!

Unfortunately our trip was book-ended by Hurricane Helene and then Milton. The property managers did a great job of communicating before, during, and after our stay. There was a mandatory evacuation for the property's location for Milton so we had to cut our trip short. The house is exactly as described - beautiful furnishings, well stocked, plenty of space, etc. Nice view from of the pond from the lanai/pool area, though the house sits on the corner of a busier road and there is some road noise. Location ended up being a disappointment for us since AMI & the surrounding area (Cortez) was so heavily damaged by Helene, but that's certainly not the fault of the homeowners. Wish we had been able to enjoy our stay more!

Pleasant villa in a good quiet location

Lovely villa, comfortable furnishings (indoor and outdoor) all the kitchen appliances you could wish for. Great location for the beach and plenty of beach equipment provided. Super quiet neighbourhood Property management responded quickly to a query and were helpful. As our flight was delayed a welcome pack would have been much appreciated just to tide us over till the next day’s shopping. Also there was absolutely nothing in the kitchen in the way of spices, herbs etc usually we have found an array of these basic stock cupboard items from previous renters (not major in any way but a first for us) One little downside was the trees overshadowing the south facing pool. Great start to the summer!

My husband and I have stayed here in the past and we loved the location and the house itself. So we decided to book again for a week and it did not disappoint. The house is so clean and we love sitting on the deck by the pool. The views from the deck are beautiful. This house is the most well stocked house I’ve ever been to with renting vacay houses. It has everything you’d need to make meals at the house. There are several grocery stores minutes away. Anna Maris island is a 10 minute drive from the house…about a 30 minute bike ride. The house has plenty of bath and beach towels. When we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the one set of lights, we got a response very quickly. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

This property worked well for us due to the location. It's about 3 miles from the beach and super close to Anna Maria Island, Sarasota, Bradenton Beach, and Longboat Key. The property is in a neighborhood that's a horseshoe and it's the first house in, so there is road noise but fortunately it's not a heavily traveled road, so it didn't bother us. The house was very clean, looks exactly like the photos, and we really enjoyed viewing the wildlife as previous guests have mentioned. The eagles were there on the "tower" outback as well as ducks, and turtles. The bed was comfortable and the pool was really nice despite the colder than usual Flordia temps. They do have cable tv, which was nice to curl up at night and watch. Two things to note-this is the first house we have ever rented that did not have any "basics" as I will call it. The property managers do provide a nice bag with extra toilet paper, dish soap, filters for the coffee pot, dishwasher and laundry detergent, a few trash bags, and some other items. There are no tissues, no spices (except for a salt), no cooking spray, no dryer sheets, and no hand soap to wash your hands (there were two small size soap bars but we used them in the shower). It was just strange as we rent many homes through VRBO and have always had at least some of that stuff provided. It was fine, I understand that they certainly do not have to provide that and we decided for the cost of buying all those items only for them to clearly be thrown away, that we would just go out to eat as there are plenty of restaurants around. Another thing to note, which other reviewers have pointed out, is there is a clear issue with the HVAC system. Yes, the rooms on the other side eventually warm up or cool down but my husband is an engineer and said there is obvious duct-work problems as our room would be super hot (we had to use the heat as it was cold for Florida) and the rest of the house would take forever to warm up. I would not want to be staying at on that side of the house when it's super hot and having someone just come in and take the temperature is not going to solve that problem. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. I loved the location for our trip as we drove to Coquina Beach and walked every day, went to Mermaid Pies (which was the best pie I've ever had), and drove all over seeing the sights. Thank you so much for a lovely vacation!

Es war sehr schön, die Übergabe und Kommunikation war perfekt. Das Haus war sauber geputzt bei der Übergabe. Es war sehr groß und jeder hatte genug Platz. Es sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Paradies mit einigen Fehlern

Das Haus lag ruhig und wunderbar an einem Teich. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend und das Haus war liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte eigentlich nur ein Kosmetikspiegel in den Bädern. Auch das kleine Empfangspaket war hilfreich. Nicht so schön waren die doch schon sehr verwohnten Polstermöbel, die sowohl innen wie auch außen sehr durchgesessen waren. Auch die ganzen Kissenhüllen wie auch Polster hätten mal eine richtige Reinigung benötigt wie auch so manch anderes Wohnaccessoire. Das einchecken war auf die Minute genau, während beim auschecken die Reinigungsfrau, ohne vorher zu klingeln,plötzlich 10 Minuten zu früh im Wohnzimmer stand. Das Netz um die Terrasse und den Pool war defekt und wohl für die dortigen Mücken auch nicht ausreichend. Ich habe insgesamt ungefähr 100 Stiche, mein Mann weniger. Das war äußerst bedauerlich, weil das die Erholungsqualität enorm mindert. Schön wäre auch ein Hinweis gewesen, das man trotz Netz damit rechnen muss, was man dagegen tun kann bzw. was man vorbeugend tun kann. Es war unser vierter Aufenthalt in Florida und wir hatten bisher nie Probleme mit Stechmücken. Störend fanden wir auch das Auto in der Garage und das häufige Telefonklingeln. Wir konnten unseren Urlaub dann doch noch einigermaßen genießen, würden jedoch dieses Haus nicht wieder wählen.

Florida Fun

Stayed in your beautiful home with my family. My kids are 24 and 19. We really enjoyed the pool after visiting the most beautiful beaches. Siesta Key was our favorite. We were surprised how close the beaches were which made it all that much better. Food stores, Starbucks...everything you would need is literally right up the road. The house was very clean and well equipped with cooking supplies, dishware, towels. etc. I would highly recommend this rental if you are wanting to visit Anna Marie Island, LongBoat Key, Siesta Key, Lido Beach.

We had the most relaxing vacation! This home is beautiful, clean, and it's a quiet, safe neighborhood.
