Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Pets: 50 lb maximum, potty trained, no habits of chewing, no excessive barking. $125 nonrefundable pet fee at time of booking.
HOA community, excessive noise is monitored, quiet times are 10pm-7am. No parties.
Refrain from using chemical/cleaning products with any towels or fabrics within the home. Paper towels are supplied.

Great place

Lots to do both inside and outside. Really enjoyed the pool/hot tub area, along with all the other activities to keep everyone busy. Easy to communicate with the owners.

Getting out of the cold

Great neighborhood. Shopping, restaurants, close to Anna Marie beaches, fantastic pool area. We spent most of our time lounging by the pool. Beautiful sunny warm retreat from the cold

Comfortable Home with All Amenities

My family met here to celebrate Thanksgiving. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc., including several small appliances. Rooms are large and comfortable. There are plenty of linens and towels. My family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, pool table, and ping-pong table. Lots to keep busy! Large grassy backyard is well fenced for dogs. Publix is very close by. We plan to return in the future if it fits our plans.

Excellent stay, very clean, loved everything about the house! They literally have everything you could possibly need, from beach towels and chairs to laundry soap, and even seasonings! However the beds could be softer. All in all, wonderful place and nice people!
