Allows you to enjoy the tranquility of Town Bank while being only 10 minutes from the shops, restaurants and activities of Cape May. The home has three bedrooms, 2 have a queen bed and 1 has 2 twin beds. Double sleeper sofa in living room. Two full baths; one with shower, and 1 with shower and tub. Washer & dryer. Home features full kitchen with dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, crockpot and microwave. Counter with 4 stools, dining area with table and 6 chairs. Central a/c and ceiling fans in all rooms. Three season room with windows all around, new indoor/outdoor carpet, 2 dining tables with 4 chairs each which can be used for games/puzzles, sofa, rocking chairs. Open deck with 4 deck chairs. Gas grill. Cable TV in kitchen, living room and master bedroom. 48" flat screen in living room; 40" flat screen smart TV in Master Bedroom. Wireless internet (password on fridge). Large fenced yard. Off street parking for 6 cars.

The home is older and could use a little TLC but being 2 blocks from the bay beach and close to whatever else we needed and with the large fenced in yard it was perfect for us.

Peaceful retreat

Enjoyed the location and exploring the area. Close to town and the villas too.. The back sun room and patio were relaxing and quiet. Plenty of parking too.

We really loved this house, especially the huge fenced in back yard and large back porch for the kids. The house was homey and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again

We had a wonderful time. The fenced in yard couldn't be any better for our doggies. Being 2 blocks from the beach was a bonus. This worked out very well for us and we would like to rent this for next year same time frame.

This house reminded me of my GrandMa's, older but warm. Comfortable and roomy. Kitchen had what you needed. Nice having the large couch. Beds were comfortable. Fenced yard was great for our MiniAussie.

Horrible Horrible

My family and I came here mid July and the AC broke! Long story short, the property manager, who we now know is the owner, was over EVERY day, sometimes multiple times a day trying to fix it….he never did. He sent an AC guy, in their company van, who said it needed to be replaced…it was obvious BUT the owner didn’t agree so he kept coming over trying to fix it. Not only were we constantly getting interrupted but it was over 85 degrees by 1pm…we even busted him using the neighbors hose to try and clean it…while it was running. He once brought this VERY rude guy who not only disrespected me but also my son. We asked for a refund of 70% as we had to order food in because if you cooked, it got up to 90 degrees in there, they only gave us a small refund, not even 50%, or 40%…much lower. So not only was it hot as crap but we were constantly getting interrupted by the visits. If I owned that place, I would have given a full refund or offered another weeks stay, when the AC worked of course. I have never been treated so poorly by people that we were there. Stephanie, the realtor, was VERY nice and completely understood our concerns, I frankly think she was embarrassed of their actions. Anyways…hope this helps as if anything breaks, expect ALOT of visitors and excuse after excuse with NO good outcome. We loved the location and the yard and would have considered staying there every year but not anymore…stay far away unless you want to be sweating inside the house 24/7
