The house is located 10 minutes by car from the city center (1.5km) and 10 minutes by car (2km) from Praia Grande and Tenório beaches. It offers easy access to the highway leading to beaches in the northern region, such as Praia do Felix and Prumirim (20km).
It is just a few blocks from supermarkets, wine shops, pharmacies, and bakeries.
