Weekend in Omaha

Nice property, and worked well for our family of 6. Quiet area and easy to get to attractions. Commons area was small but it worked, could use a couple stools where the dining area is. Thanks, Jeremiah Morsching

Was a great place to stay, the parking was pretty good, there was street parking and an empty parking lot that is usable, the house itself is nice, we ran into the neighbors a few times and they were all very nice

Great Home Base for Hospital Stay

My husband had surgery and multi-day recovery at UNO, so I booked this gem of an apartment for my daughters and I to use. It was fantastic - the neighborhood was quiet, there are several restaurants and convenience grocery stores nearby. Zoo trip

Property is nice and clean with minimal breakables which is great to have my grandkids with me. Close to lots of food places and grocery stores so we could eat out or cook in. Close to the zoo also. We never had to spend more than 20 minutes driving to anywhere we wanted to go.

Made working long days away from home feel relaxed

The communication was great. It just started getting cold and left a message for future stays, the basement room was chilly and needed a warmer blanket. The owner appreciated feedback and said they would improve on warmer blankets. Kitchen was fully sticked.

Overall the stay was pleasant and mostly clean. Everything we needed was there and the space is more than we expected. MBR was very large as it was the size of most of the basement. HVAC system was quite comfortable. Very convenient location was the big bonus. Neighborhood was very quiet.Bad: -Fire system malfunction at 1:30 am of the last night and had to call the system mfr. Glad it was not a real fire. Finally put everyone back to bed a couple of hours later.-Downstairs toilet is not completely secured to the floor and the floor around was very soft. Created a wobble of the toilet.-One of the two decorative pillows were filthy. See photos.

The apartment was generally dirty. There was a hole in front of the toilet, the complex was noisy, unsafe neighborhood, gunshots were heard, appeared and smelled of water damage, third bedroom in basement didn't have a way to lock securely.
