Welcome to Lake Balboa Gallery & Golf! This comfortable one level home features 5 beds, 2 baths & a jetted tub! Unique way to view original art and prints in the home. Full kitchen with granite countertops. Located just minutes from the newest golf courses in Hot Springs Village! Just 3 minutes drive from Lake Balboa where there’s a sandy beach to enjoy swimming, boating, fishing and kayaking. Bakery, café and restaurants nearby. Trail access from back yard. The space
Fantastic location! Hot Springs Village is home to 11 recreational lakes, 9 championship golf courses, 13 tennis courts, 14 pickleball courts, 30 miles of walking trails!
Activities at my home:
-Jetted tub
-Practice Pickleball net and practice wall
-Cornhole,
-Gas fire pit,
-Art station
-Internet
-Herradura Trail access through backyard
(.5 mile loop)
- Balboa Trail and Hernando Trail super close
- “Paint and Sip” experience by your host! $39 per person. Canvases, paints, and beverages provided by Ryan. Minimum 3 painters or $117 flat fee. Two hour painting adventure! Take a memory home with you!

-Try my favorite Golf Courses…Granada, Ponce and Cortez.
-Take a walk down Balboa spillway Trail with beautiful views of Lake Balboa 1.5 miles. 3.5 minutes away.!

I’m a native to Colorado. I love living in Hot Springs Village! Hot Springs Village has Great weather, lots of outdoor activities, boating, golfing, and pickleball.
Why they chose this property
This is a prime area near the newest golf courses in HSV. It’s a fantastic location close to trails and Lake Balboa the largest lake in Hot Springs Village. In addition, there’s a number of restaurants and easy access to Highway 5 for a short ride to Hot Springs, Benton or Little Rock
What makes this property unique
The house itself is a modern 3 bedroom 2 bath, split bedroom, open concept design with lots of fun things to do right here in the home… relax while viewing the new electric fireplace, or play corn hole in the backyard... Outdoor Gas fire pit and gas grill for barbecuing. In addition, there’s trail access right from my backyard as well as a usable level backyard for hanging out with friends and family.
