About this property

Cozy RV in our land with boat/jet-skies access.

Our 2021 Mallard by Heartland M180BH RV sleeps 4, it has an indoor shower/tub, kitchen has microwave, electric stove, sink and refrigerator with doodle station, corian countertops and silver and plasticware, cups, mugs and coffee maker included, dining set that folds into a sleeping area. One full queen size folding bed that turns into a couch and two full sized bunk beds. AC unit, electric heat, plenty of storage and lighting throughout, AM/FM radio with bluetooth, USB and HDMI ports, hydraulic awning and hitch lock systems. Propane tanks and gas hookup in unit, outside lights, party center with small fridge, sink and countertops located on the exterior of the unit and an extra outside shower provided on the exterior of the RV.

Military, 1st responders and their families discount apply, inquire for details. Thank you for your service from all of us here at H&D Brand.

Note: This RV does not include a generator, please return RV with sewer system and hoses flushed and clean and propane tanks full. Type of Studio RV (Queen size bed/couch, no bedroom provided, see pictures) Please take care of our land and RV, have fun, enjoy and be safe.

Gravel lot. Electric, water, sewer and wifi provided (limited to max capacity). Lake access (you can kayak, fish, boat, jetskies, swim) State Park 5 mins away (hiking, kayaking and more). Shops, movies, restaurants, bars in downtown Antioch (5mins away) and beautiful Lake Geneva, WI only 25 minutes away from our site.

Family and friends !

Property is clean & well kept. Host is on site, polite & quick to respond. Camper is in their driveway (not a campground). Privacy isn't an issue.The lake is 2 to 3 blocks from the property.The factory mattresses were the biggest disappointment.
