Charlotte visit

We were in Charlotte to visit family. The home is very comfortable and located in a lovely neighborhood. Marshall is very responsive and nice.

Well equipped kitchen. Although a large back yard, most of it was not usable as it was all natural area, with ivy and small brush. (Larger dogs are fine turned loose).

Great location in Madison Park

This property was exactly what we were looking for - Madison Park area and dog friendly. The fenced in yard was nice for our pups. Beautiful master bath with a waterfall shower. The location was ideal and the owner was extremely prompt when answering our questions and very helpful too - a very nice place to stay!

Great place!

This is a great place in a good location. We stayed here with our 2 friends and our 2 dogs and had a great time. Getting around places wasnt far and the house was very nice and enjoyable. The backyard was also great for my dogs, being fully fenced and very spacious. Communication was excellent, very responsive and attentive.

Not bad but definitely needs improvement

The home is nice. The pictures, as is common with these listings unfortunately, were very deceptive. We paid good money for the house we saw in the pics and wanted to make use of everything. The deck especially which was so clean and ready-to-use in the pics was absolutely disgusting. It's obvious the yard and deck haven't been cleaned in a long time. The grill was unusable as well as it had also not been cleaned in awhile. Inside the home there were spiders and roaches, both alive and dead. Whomever cleaned the home prior to our arrival did not do an acceptable job in my opinion. The bed in the master bedroom was incredibly uncomfortable as it's obviously old and should be replaced. The couch was so covered with stains that we had to put blankets down just to sit on it. The sugar bowl in the kitchen was so dirty on the inside I was shocked. I honestly have no idea what all the black goop inside of it actually was. The pool table is awkward to play on, as is evidenced by all the cue marks on the wall. I have pics of all this as well. My kids enjoyed their beds and their rooms, aside from having me come and kill the bugs. So that's a positive. Other than these issues, the stay was nice. The location is great and the house is amazing. Once the owners do a deep clean and update the furniture some, the place would be a 5 star spot.
