Located on the sandy white shores of Orange Beach, Phoenix VII 1410 the perfect location for your next beach getaway! This two bedroom, two bath condo comfortably sleeps 6 and is decorated with high end furnishings. Phoenix VII 1410 is on the 14th floor, providing you with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the Perdido Pass. As an added bonus, this condo comes with your very own reserved and covered parking space.
As you enter the condo, the guest bedroom is off of the entry to your left. This bedroom is comfortably furnished with two full sized beds and features a full en suite bathroom. Continuing into the condo, the open floor plan provides plenty of room for relaxing indoors or spending time together preparing meals in the full-sized kitchen, stocked with the basic essentials for cooking. Off of the living room is the main bedroom furnished with a king-sized bed and also has access onto the balcony. The main bedroom has a full en suite bathroom.
During your stay, you will have access to the indoor and outdoor pools, racquet ball, tennis courts, sauna, gym, common areas with books and boardgames as well as a coffee bar. There is also a common grilling area with outdoor seating. Everything needed to enjoy a fun and relaxing stay!
Seasonal CHAIR AND UMBRELLA RENTALS are handled by Perdido Beach Services.
Phoenix VII is conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, marinas and family fun in Orange Beach! Only a 5-minute drive to the famous Flor-Bama, 10 minutes to The Wharf, 10 minutes to The Hangout in Gulf Shores and only 20 minutes to Tanger Outlets in Foley.
