There is a bunk room with a set of Full/Full beds and Twin/Twin that will sleep 6. The hot tub is access on this level on the covered porch overlooking the fenced in yard and firepit. As added peace of mind, there is a whole house backup generator in the event of a power outage that is monitored with 4G link,so you will alway be up and running no matter what.
